These Terms govern your use of Astera Detailing's website and the services offered through it. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Appointments & cancellations
Appointments are booked through Square. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge. Later cancellations may incur a rebooking fee at our discretion.
3. Service scope & final quotes
Prices listed on this site and on Square are base rates. The final quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and requested add-ons.
4. Vehicle condition & liability
We document vehicle condition before work begins. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent paint defects, or consequential damage arising from undisclosed modifications or compromised OEM finishes.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major payment methods processed through Square, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
6. Warranty
Ceramic coating services include a written warranty specific to the product applied. Standard detailing services do not carry a warranty beyond satisfactory completion of the agreed scope.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
